Questions
Fee questions
What if I cannot afford therapy?
No one should go without support because of cost, and reaching out takes courage. Please call our team on (03) 8104 9051. We will listen with understanding and discretion, and talk through the options available to you. Through our partnerships with La Trobe University and the University of Melbourne, we can also offer low-cost sessions with students completing their clinical placements, under the supervision of our experienced clinicians.
How do Medicare rebates work?
With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician, you can claim a rebate for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year under Better Access.
Do you work with all types of NDIS plans?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider and work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. If less notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the full fee may be charged unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Not sure where to start?
Tell our intake team what is happening for you or the person you care for. We will talk through which service is the right fit.
