Support for older people to stay well, connected and independent at home.

About the program
Support at Home is the Australian Government’s in-home aged care program, introduced in November 2025. It helps older people stay safe, healthy and independent at home.
After an aged care assessment through My Aged Care, you are approved for a level of funding and choose a registered provider, who works with you on a care plan. Allied health services such as occupational therapy are clinical supports and are fully funded. Other services may attract a contribution based on your income and assets.

Yes. Occupational therapy is a clinical support under Support at Home. Clinical supports are fully funded by the government, so you do not pay a contribution towards them.

Ask your Support at Home provider or care manager to include the service in your care plan, then contact our intake team. We work with your provider to arrange sessions and invoicing.
At our Doreen and Craigieburn clinics, and in your home where suitable.
